KSO Edelstahlbeizerei GmbH based in Wilnsdorf – in the border region of North Rhine-Westphalia, Hesse and Rhineland-Palatinate – has some of the most modern and state-of-the-art designed stainless steel pickling plants. KSO’s capacity enables components to be processed up to a length of 60 metres and a weight of up to 50 tonnes.

The company’s own fleet provides all customers with nationwide collection and delivery of components to be processed.

Qualified staff and a modern 3-shift operation ensure the fastest possible around-the-clock processing from Monday to Friday in the following areas:

Immersion pickling

Immersion pickling is the most economic method for pickling the entire surface of rinsable stainless-steel components.

Spray pickling

Components with a length of up to 60 metres and a unit weight of up to 50 tonnes can be processed at our plant in this way.

Degreasing

Degreasing is the pretreatment of steel and stainless-steel parts for further processing.

Passivation

After the actual pickling process, the stainless-steel parts are provided with a passivation coating.

There is 24-hour loading and unloading of collecting and delivering HGVs Monday to Friday.
