Immersion pickling is the most economic method for pickling the entire surface of rinsable stainless-steel components. Processing uses the wet procedure. To do this we have different immersion pickling media that can be matched to every purpose and material. Immersion pickling removes scale and welding oxide present – the actual points of attack for corrosion. This is removed by high-pressure flushing after the required reaction time for the pickling medium. The passivation coat is then applied. This ensures the resistance to corrosion of non-rusting parts. Water used by this process is fed to our wastewater treatment plant.
Along with the pickling of bulky components, KSO also offers the pickling of small parts.
For this reason, our own immersion pool is available for small parts at our plant in Wilnsdorf – right on the A45 autobahn between the Ruhr and Frankfurt am Main industrial regions.

In addition, we also offer immersion pickling for bulky parts and components of up to 13.50 m. The spray pickling process allows us to treat your products of up to a length of 60 metres and a unit weight of up to 60 tonnes.
